01 General Introduction

Welcome to bd bajy. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bd bajy and all its users. By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

• In the event of a score dispute, the official result issued by the relevant sporting authority will be considered final.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

• Each user is entitled to each promotional offer once only. Using the same offer across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the required wagering amount has been met.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 5–10 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Bonuses will be forfeited if the conditions are not met within the specified period.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd bajy platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Bd bajy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If registration was completed using a false identity or inaccurate information.
• When unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• If KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for more than 6 months.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 3–7 business days, however bonus funds are non-refundable.
